Hey guys, i want to create a squeeze page before the actual landing page for the POF ad network. What do you guys use? I want the page to look similar to this but cleaner. thanks

  You might want to checkout instabuilder InstaBuilder - Mobile-Ready Landing Pages in Minutes if you are using wordpress - its a plugin and it does a lot of what optimize press does but is a little cheaper at $47.

That's actually a very simple squeeze page. You can create one with simple html.

Regarding the images, it's just one .gif animated image:
