ideas for mobile directory

I just built a site with a large drop down menu. The biggest section in it is a list of directory categories. I know that will be difficult for phone users. I want to build an alternative directory for phone users. What would be the best way to do that? Url is (remove the z) zmiamifashionnetwork.com

    I would simply make it mobile friendly. So this way your "mobile" users can browser around without any issues. Or you can always build a downloadable application.
