Seeking Feedback on my website design

WEB DESIGN

hello warriors,

I am seeking your expertise reviewing my site : http://www.pandacashback.com

This is a cash back website that have been around for a year. I used to think the site design is really good and settle, but I have got site rejected by some of the big brand name stores.

When I get in touch seeking further explanation, they mentioned that my website design "is still be built out and finalized with some of the layout".

I am not sure what is giving them this impression, but I would highly appreciate your thoughts.

  Thanks, honestly i do feel good about it, but i am aware i have been with the site for so long, simply if there is a flow I wouldn't be able to tell. I was shocked receiving such a response from some of the top brand saying the site is not settle, or doesn't looks finished

  Agreed with embossitworld. The site looks excellent; very professionally done.
  
  The only mistake I see, and it's very minor, is that you have both "register here!" text and a "sign up!" button. I'd take out the text and just leave the button.

yeah, Id be scratching my head too over what could possibly be unfinished!?
Is it possible to go back and ASK them what gave them this impression? AND keep moving forward, dont let this stop you. The site is beautiful.

  Wow, excellent site.. Really, appreciable work is done here by you. I would like to suggest you that currently your website is not responsive. It would be very beneficial for you if your website becomes responsive. Apart from this, there is everything perfect.
