EasyAzon Shortcode Links as Pretty Links

Ok, so I am having a bit of a technical issue I am hoping someone may have some suggestions on how i might solve it.

Essentially I am trying to use Easy Azon to help with my Amazon links.

A: The localization is important to me. This plugins shortcodes are great for this.
B: The informational product popups-on-hover make me feel safer from any kind of Amazon review as they essentially very clearly label each link as a paid affiliate link.

At the basis of it, Easy Azon provides you with a shortcode that is in turn transformed into a localized link on page display. The shortcodes resemble something like this:

[easyazon_link asin="B0077PLNNE" locale="US" new_window="default" add_to_cart="default" cloaking="default" localization="default" nofollow="default" popups="default"]Braun SE7681[/easyazon_link]

However, this shortcode can not be used in many plugins when they ask for a "Link". Aka.. many review plugins. And tons of other places.

So I could either beg every plugin developer I wish to use this Easy Azon with to allow the processing of shortcodes in their plugins link box... OR...

I could try to find a way to have the shortcode tied into a pretty link!

Problem is I have no idea how this could be done, and am hoping someone here has an idea!

Essentially, take the above shortcode example, I would love it if I could create a pretty link (Like the plugin Pretty Link creates) that looks like:

http://mysite.com/amazon/braun7681

But that pretty link would produce the resulting link from the above shortcode.

I AM aware that the popup functionality of Easy Azon would probably be lost in an implementation like this, but I would be fine with that really.

So long as I can use Easy Azon in more than <p> tags or something!!!
