i need help about Wordpress image optimizer

Hello Everyone,
I need urgent help, i have wordpress blog about fashion niche since 12 dec 2012. i recently switched my hosting plan to limited hosting pkg which is 5GB space and 2 gb bandwidth, after switching hosting in 4 days my website bandwidth limit exceed. how could it possible. when i contacted from support of hosting provider, they told me there are many jpeg images in your website and you are not using any image optimizer plugin, that's why your bandwidth limit exceed, i want to know that is there any wordpress plugin which will optimized all images that i have uploaded. help me please my website is very slow, what do i do

    You can install Yahoo's smush.it plugin (WP Smush.it) and do a bulk optimize.

    Also the "Regenerate Thumbnails" plugin is very handy if you've changed media settings and need to update all of your images in one bulk step.

    Both of these are very handy, I include the latter of the two in my JumpStart Pro theme installer product.

      and some
      [original] 497 x 402: Reduced by 0.1% (30 B)
      [thumbnail] 150 x 150: Reduced by 7.9% (795 B)
      [medium] 300 x 242: Reduced by 7.1% (1.6 KB)
      [post-thumbnail] 497 x 130: Reduced by 13.0% (1.9 KB)

      and some
      [original] 194 x 259: ERROR: Could not find /home/fashionc/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/‘RoboCop’-first-trailer-rebuilding-with-Joel-Kinnaman-2.jpg

    Smush.it can only optimize images if they are unoptimized. You obviously have a number of images that can't be reduced in size any further.
