Creating a blogger template

Hi all,

I want to create my own blogger template. I searched internet and many blogs asked to make use of data tags. But, I have found one blog that doesn't use any data tags and has minimum amount of codding. That is

labnol.blogspot.com

It also loads fast. Just view it's source.

My question is, is it possible to create a blogger template like the one mentioned above?

    Evwerything is possible, if you have the knowledge and skills (although I didn't look at your link).

    My question is: how is your question related to internet marketing...? Since this is not a general "ask-whatever-question-you-have" type of forum - it is aimed to help internet marketers with their websites.
