Hi Mark, you can ask people to do this for you. There are several gigs on fiverr that will do this. Or you could try Artisteer which is a theme builder that you can use to custom make a theme which you can export then apply to your site.

P.S. This thread should be moved to Website Design - ask a moderator to move it for you. You'll get a lot more help down there for this type of thing as well.

Actually, you don't "add" your html design to WP... you can make a WP theme based on your own design.

As Bill suggested above, you either learn how to make a WP theme or you just outsource it.

I put in another vote for Artisteer. Not perfect, and slightly limited, but a pretty good program.

I'd like to discuss the types of html designs you'd like to add to WordPress. I'm working on a plugin for WordPress that lets you create new WordPress themes from scratch and edit existing WordPress themes.

I find it helpful to speak with potential users of a plugin like mine to see what they are looking for and to make sure I'm on the right track.

The WP editor panel is CSS and PHP but not HTML.
SO do not do that.
