Your site looks good and decent

but you can improve your revenue by keeping few more ads on the site.

6/10 to your site for design

You have a lot of content which is a plus. Your images are the best way that you can enhance your site quickly. Particularly the ones in your silder. I would also add a description of your site under the title. Let your user know right off the bat what your site is about and why they should use it.

I've now added an extra ad above the comments section within each of the articles.

What images are you referring to? (I'm already using images in the form of 'featured images' by each article summary.) I already have a description box, however that was a fine piece of advice and will figure out how to move it under the title

        Thanks for the feedback.

    Design:
    your website Design is simple...
but this theme doesnt really organise your article they are sticking all together!
Simple is good but if its without branding its not! you need something like logo/font that when your readers see it they knows you.

    content:
when anyone opens your website take long to get what is the website about!(if anyone figured out)
    Seo and marketing
    business/economy
    Health?
    webdeign!

I think you need to choose a subject that you master and work harder on it, easier to know your target people and easier for people to know who has good posts on "...." topic..
add social media so people can connect with you.

    Goodluck!

Nice information being shared. But the blog theme is a little generic or bland. Maybe having a bold header would add more spark to the look of the home page.

The Name of the blog ("Ambitionism") is larger than the title/tag line which has more meaning to it "Get Motivated!" I would definitely make "Get Motivated!" (Your Mission statement in action) at least as large as your blog title. You might also consider an asterisk after "Ambitionism" defining what you mean by your invented word. At first glance, I'm not sure if it's intended positively or negatively. By the way, what do you mean by the word?

Next, I don't understand the purpose of the site... Is this a personal site that you use to motivate yourself, or do you have a broader audience in mind? If a broader audience is who you have in mind, what can you do to create more value for them beyond providing some nice pictures and quotes? Perhaps you can expand upon each of your topics with your own personal insights and the related insights of others. Make it a short article, say 10 - 15 paragraphs long. Each article should take about 5 minutes to read and specifically identify a question or problem with each topic and propose answers or solutions.

Aesthetically, the design, while nice and clean, is also a little flat. Try adding a matte background or drop shadows to different sections to create a more 3-D effect. You can keep the color scheme clean and neutral by sticking to low or high contrast gradients (i.e. very light and very dark greys, avoiding the mid-tones). Remember that greys appear to sink (visually) into a white page, whereas whites and blacks appear to lay on top of each other.
