Hello everyone

Last Years I had change the website design and content of our website and do proper SEO and SMM on that, but after 1 year some pages or keywords are not in ranking. So kindly give a suggestion what is a drawback in this website miracl3

Have you checked on the On-Page optimization of those pages? e.g. heading tags, bold, italic, keyword density. (basic stuffs)

From my experience guest posts works quite well, if the keyword comp. is weak you can rank fast. Also, you can get social links by adding social buttons on your pages (+1, Like, Share etc.)
