Seeking Optimizepress 2.0 Help

For some strange reason I am unable to insert an opt-in box using the 'Add Element' feature - no matter what I try the box simply does not appear...

I have had some success adding other 'elements' but the opt-in box and also 'Arrows' do not work!

The issue isn't just related to 'inserting' an element, if I choose a template that already has an opt-in box included everything appears with the exception of the 'Arrows' and 'Opt-in Box'

I have even gone as far as changing the hosting for my site as I thought it was a PHP related issue - my new host is running PHP version 5.3.26 which I believe IS compatible with OP2.0?

To say I am frustrated with this is an understatement!

If anyone has a ideas what could be causing this I would eternally grateful if you would share with me!

Andy

Well your best bet would be contacting the Developers? Not sure how much anyone here can help you.

    Hi Andy

James from OptimizePress here. Sorry to hear of your issues with OptimizePress. I would advise getting in touch with our support team for more help with this, but usually I would say this might be because our licensing server isn't able to communicate with your site. Some elements are initially parsed on our servers so your site needs to be able to communicate with our server and vice-versa.

If that communication isn't working (either because your server is blocking our IP address, or your license is entered wrong) certain elements won't be editable in the LiveEditor

Check your license key or consider using a different key from your members area - but if you need more help please do let our team know and they'll be happy to help

      Thanks James, you're spot on!

It was the licence key - as soon as I amended it, everything worked!

Many thanks for your help, really appreciated!
