Windows style dropdown navigation wordpress

I want to create a navigation menu for a wordpress site that is simply a dropdown bar. The style of this must be the basic 'windows' style dropdown (like the one in the 'thread subscription' section at the bottom of this page. Similar to what most directory sites would have to choose location or the dropdowns you use when filling in forms on different sites. Any ideas how to go about getting one of these? Any plugins?

    You can make by it your self . Using Css to styled it . And also you can use the follwoing plugin i am not sure but i think it will help you .

    Its amazing how little information there is out there on how to create such a simple dropdown box. The plugins mentioned above are nothing like the menu I am after. Take a look at the bottom of the web design forum page. The dropdown menus there are what I need. Basically, the site is going to be super simple, with a centralized dropdown box for users to select their city. If people say this can be done with CSS, any links to exactly what I will need? Would prefer it to be done with a plugin as I am using wordpress and dont fancy modifying template files!

    Thats what im after, but with close to zero php knowledge its going to be almost impossible to start fiddling around with template files. You would think there would be a plugin which created a menu like this
