Well I'm centralizing the Disney community within my site through a forum. I'll be launching my site officially February 1st. I'm about 80% done with it. I will be adding a couple more links for events/calendar and park factual information. What do you think so far? DisCafe - The Ultimate Disney Forum

Overall the forum look great, as "shahriyar" stated above maybe you should consider improving the header area a bit more, the white background looks very clinical. Adding more colors (and /or image) + maybe some text in the middle to the header, will appeal attract more Disney consumers.

    Best of Luck

Hey Omar, I am adding to the header. There's a lot of deadspace there I know. I'm working on ghosting in images form the parks. I am also adding a slideshow to the top of the forum below the profile information that will show ads etc related to disney
