I am looking for a very easy to instal but visually attractive contact form that can fit on the sidebar/widget of a WP home page.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

    Contact form 7 is the best wordpress plugin and it will definitely looks good in side widgets. I have also used this in my websites. You can see my websites.

      I like contact form 7, You can add a capcha to it with Realy simple capcha plugin and customize the form with Contact Form 7 Customizer!

    I personally use Contact form 7. I face no problem in this . I suggest you also that use contact form 7. Its very easy to install and customization. There are all input and other feature you need . Download it from WordPress › Contact Form 7 « WordPress Plugins in free.
