Am looking to start a blog/website which would be about posting "non-original content with a link back to its source using a readmore link". Something like a daily publication on a particular niche. Let's say daily news for example. Am just going to copy a few lines of the article- say about 10 lines then link back. The problems am having right now is that am a little bit sketchy when it comes to html, css, javascript, mysql and java even though my aim could be acheived with those.

So am asking:

1. Can I get a free/paid blogger/wordpress template that can directly link to an external url from the homepage or label categories without first opening the blogpost. I mean like this: homepage/label 》external url || and not homepage/label 》blogpost 》external url. Or better still, that can do both methods. This will give me time to build traffic, hopefully monetize it before moving to my domain.

2. Can I get a free/paid website template that does this, cheap domain name and hosting qith reasonable bandwidth? If yes, what's your estimate for at least a year.

3. Given my niche, can u share a little light on SEO penalty/reward.
