I keep getting told that my website cannot open from different people around the world. I called godaddy and they said it works and might be their location/internet provider.

Please check if you can visit the site, I need an idea of what locations can't access it http://qualitylist.org

It could be due to domain dns propagation. If you just launched a website this is most likely happening. Once you purchase domain, our Internet providers need to refresh their DNS zones in order for end users to see domain.

At the moment, according to this tool - your site is not visible in Brazil, France and Italy.
