Widget or plugin

I am looking for a widget or plugin that looks like the the top row of this theme.

Us theme switcher plugin for WordPress.... and create one <div> in header.php at the top ... and put whatever you want to be in your theme.

Take a look at this: PHP Scripts - FBar - Responsive PHP Theme Switcher Demo Bar | CodeCanyon.

It's not exactly the same, no color switch, but if you know bit PHP and jQuery it's easy to do it.
