Low Cost Royalty-Free Stock Image Site?

Hey all web designers that design web sites for clients,

Which stock image website do you recommend to obtain LOW COST stock images with extended licenses?

Most stock image websites like Fotolia, Shutterstock, and iStockPhoto, all have extended licenses that's at least $75.

If you are a Graphic Designer that needs a great stock photo to create a flyer for a client, the extended license for prints is probably a lot more than $75.

I know of many free royalty-free web sites with stock images for commercial uses, but these stock images are often of poor quality, and there's not that many choices among them as well.

Any one got any idea around this problem?

Any stock image website with extremely affordable (but great looking) stock photos with low cost extended licenses, so you can use them to design for clients?

    I just want to double check something here with fellow web designers, all you really need is the cheap Standard License if you only want to design web site images and promotional images (like printed brochures, flyers, etc.) for clients. Is that correct?

    The extended license is typically for images that will be part of anything that will be resold (such as web templates, cd and dvd covers, books, magazines, etc. )

    I've been using mostly public domain images and royalty-free for commercial use images on CDs, but have yet to try any from the stock images sites (like Fotolia, iStockPhoto, etc.) for my clients.

    Another way to get free images is to do a Google image search and under search tools set usage rights to labeled for reuse.
