- Surely SEO friendly design
- SEO friendly text and fresh white theme
- Accessible website design
- Last -> loading speed must be pretty

      I already check themforest (watching 2 months), themforest always make previous theme. Just change some widgets, color, box style and others. My hosting are not bad.
