Good design but font size is big+bold.

Your keyword is "News", "Networking" which is very bad for small website owners(There is thousands of sites like BBC,etc who use this keywords)

Wow Great layout . I really like your theme . The color scheme is very eye catching and cool. The right panel mouse hover effects are looking very pretty. As a designer i would say that the Top navigation height is little bit less. You need to increase the top navigation background height. And also the post heading font-size is very big , use little bit small font-size.
