Convert HTML Site To Wordpress

Hi,

One of my client is very interested in a HTML template for website but the problem is he wants the portfolio to be updated by himself regularly so I can't get him the site based on HTML template and he likes that template very much he wants his site to be exactly like it.

Can anyone help me out with how to convert that HTML template into wordpress or how I can let him update portfolio easily with that HTML template itself. Kindly help me out in this

    This CMS is pretty easy to implement. Just follow it's documentation to integrate it into the HTML template.

    It's the best light CMS I have found and It will be a great deal easier to integrate than Wordpress.

    I want a way to convert that template completely to wordpress or make a admin for him to just change the portfolio images.. Is there any way for this?

      Something like this would work. Failing that you will need to hire someone.

    I understand what you want. I will simply tell you that if you need to convert an HTML website to WordPress. They are many ways:

    1. Go to youtube and type in: Convert HTML To WordPress
    2. Go to google and type in: Convert HTML To WordPress Plugin

      Yeah I heard about that plugin.

      What I want to know is if I use the plugin will my theme look and design too get converted? If it will then that's the one I'm looking for : ) If not then I'll have to get a admin template and link it with gallery

    It ain't gonna be easy, and it will take a lot time to do it yourself, so better hire someone.

    When you always want to keep updated your website you need a dynamic site not static. For dynamic site, i think you always prefer an CMS like wordpress, joomla, drupal etc.
    So, if you like to build your site in wordpress, 1st of all please design that site in HTML then convert it to wordpress. If you are not able to do it. Hire someone for this stuff.

    Do you know HTML, CSS and at least the basics of PHP? if Yes then a simple google search can do wonders.
    If you don't know them then hire someone.

    Convert HTML to wordpress
    1: download wordpress.
    2: install it on your local server.
    3: make changes in coding if needed..
    4: Start copy from start of the html to the end of the header div. and past in header.php.
    5: footer div to body end copy and past in footer.php.
    6: make menu in header.php and add page from wordpress dashboard and put your content in your pages.
    Hope you will do this. If any problem then post here again .. I will try to solve it..

    I think having an HTML theme converted to wordpress is going to be very costly. If he is set on that template I think it would be more cost effective if he learns a little html and hires someone to help him with the updates in the mean time.

    Sometime learning to do some of this hardwork is necessary. So learn how to do it, correct yourself but have a professional at hand that could help your errors here and there. Go for it, when you enter a hole hire someone to bring you out or come over here for help.
