    JoannaRivera,

Wasim is correct, in that DreamWeaver CS4 is the newest version. It has some cool new features, especially regarding CSS, that really make it worth a purchase! Adobe offers a free 30-day trial on their website, so you might check that out in order to get an feel for it!

    Good luck!

Yeah, CS4 is the latest and greatest. Personally, I'm still using CS3, because the upgrades aren't killers for me and how I work. However, if you're below CS3, pick it up as CS3 was really a big stepping stone all around.

I was about to upgrade for the heck of it until I found out that there's this funny little amateur-hour coding issue with CS4 on a Mac. It won't installed if you use a case-sensitive file system. GASP! Screw me for enjoying ORDER in my design environment. /rant off

Sigh. Guess I'll be redoing my system when CS5 comes out.

I had a web developer build me a website. I own the site and want to make any updates to the information. I don't know anything about website design. So I am wondering if I need to purchase the "Dream Viewer" software he used to develop my site to manage it? If yes, where can I purchase this software? If no, what is the best way to update information on my site? Thanks for any and all help!

You should check it with your developer, Newbie62. Generally speaking, you don`t need such software to update the content on your site. Managing your content depends on the content managing system of your site (CMS or any custom system). Purpose of CMS is to allow you to update content on your site on easy way, without having additional software.
So, please check with your developer which (backend) system your web site uses.
Also, as your question is not directly related to main thread, kindly post your own thread for getting more detailed responses.
      Thanks
