I installed wordpress on my website, I've tried only the pre canned themes. One theme slides all the way to the left with all this empty room to the right, the other cventers and puts empty room to the left and right, is this because i'm using a high resolution? can it be made to work more correctly with my resolution or is it, how it is?

    A link to your site would be best.

    The names of the themes you tried might help as well.

    How wide do you have your browser set?

    Most well designed themes will limit the display width to prevent text lines from becoming too long and difficult to read.
  • I am going to take a guess and assume your theme you are currently running is a 2-3 column based theme and you are looking for a responsive theme that stretches to fill the entire screen which are 1 column themes. Typically 1 column themes are premium themes from wordpress, but I have seen an occasional good free one every now and then. Need more info to help further.
