would someone test my subscribe form please

hi there,

i have set up my embedded subscribe form in my wordpress theme but sometimes when ive been testing with different emails nothing happens when its supposed to bring up confirm page, it maybe as its todo with me being on the same ip or pc so could someone test for me please over at Short Blog Posts | They're to the Point

    Just tried to subscribe - nothing happened after I clicked the button
    I think there is something wrong with JS code, because once I click the button it fires this message to the console:
    TypeError: $ is not a function
    It happens on line 357 of your page

      Thankyou for your help i have added the embedded code without the js and it worked for me so far, would someone please confirm for me as its been giving me a huge headache thx
