Can you suggest me about Artisteer?

Hi,
I have got a full version of Artisteer software. I want to design Blogger template with it.
Will it be a good decision, if I use it to build all of my Blogger template?

Why it will be good decision and why not?

    Artisteer is a good tool, but creates generic code that is not always ideal. The bright side of the tool is that it is easy, the down side is that it is limited and creates poor code. For example; you can't use it to create a theme for wordpress.org

    The code it creates is bloated and terrible, although it makes it easy to come up with a fast solution. I wouldn't use it if it was free.

    There are some theme "builders" out there. I have not really used them, so can't recommend any one in particular. Artisteer is the only one of it's kind that I know of. While it's not the best solution, it works pretty well. Maybe some one else can chime in on something like it. I wouldn't mind a alternative myself.
