Redesign - What do you think?

You need to improve your design. There are many thing that need to change, Color scheme and font scheme. I think you need to change your theme totally.
I suggest these themes..

1) Improve your logo
2) I know you already have all the categories under the Menu but I think it will be better to display them all on the homepage. Maybe a category section and then display your latest videos.
3. I also think you can improve your design. Maybe change some colors, add more things in the sidebar and give people more options when they want to search something. Add a video of the day/week section and things like that.

You logo is fine, you need to have logical ordered typography of your page:
I recommended:
1.<meta name="description" content='The Adrenaline Feed - A video feed containing the greatest and most extreme sports videos' /> - description need to be minimum 150 symbols - try to use more description
2. need to do header section of the main page - you need to make more space in header and menu is just text nothing visual ,that user know to click here - try to make like a button and make hover effect
3. You can make every video in separate box - title of the video first box like header with background color and hover effetc and video again with hover effect. Example with thml5

You need to limit title of the video - if title is 273627367236 symbols and your design going crash
Try to put height of the title box :

4. Nobody want to click 1->2 times to preview your menu. try to do left or right navigation bar with all links show there without click and very long drop down, your content of the page is hidden somewhere ..
5. Order in header logo and main menu, in body second menu in righ or left
6. Add paging -> << Fisrt Page Next page , 1,2,3,4... Last Page >>
7. Make a footer section with different color
8/ Facebook, Twitter links open in new window - add target="_blank" on < a href="#" target="blank">
9.SEO opmitized web page - try to put last post or some section with description - very small text in the main page - better for Google is more text inside and unique content.
10. All content is somewhere in the space .... use black color for main background and put second box background for main body in the center

I find it hard to read/view/watch content on a black background. There isn't a whole lot of design going on though; it's more of in development mode in my eyes. However, the ui is pretty easy, navigation is a little bit of a pain because of the drop down; perhaps have the categories in a sidebar?
