Why does my website suck?

Hi Warriors,

I want your brutally honest opinion of my website. We sell sticker decals and I want to know what I should change to make my site more user friendly and make people order on the site.

The target audience is people who are creative and want to bring their creations to life with a decal. We don't cater to big companies or people looking to sell their stickers, but to the individual who wants his custom design made.

I know my website is missing that key factor that will determine a person ordering from us.

Please give me your most honest feedback.

Thank you

    My opinion

It's ok. You sell decals, but I don't see any on the home page, there is a lot of room below that slider, maybe a smaller image box that shows your decals by rotating between them and the shared photos would help make it feel less plain, plus you want to showcase what you offer right away.
You have 10-20 seconds to keep that user on your site before they hit the back button or close the browser, give them a reason to stay. They are already there because they are interested in decals, so show them your decals.

If I didn't tell you that we sell decals, would you have known that from the homepage?

I'm going for simplicity here, but now I think I made it too simple.

And you are right. We sell decals and there aren't any on the homepage. I've been thinking we need more visuals on the site and by adding decals we would make the site more visual-friendly.

Yes, there is enough text in the slider the Bring your decal to life suggests custom decals.
    But you're not selling text..haha

I love simple sites, and meant to mention that I love it's simplicity, but I just feel like the home page is too simple, especially that area below the slider.

I had not heard of decal before, but a Google search told me they are transfers.

You should have pictures of the product on the home page, e.g. rear car windscreen with decals to illustrate not only the quality but what you are selling to the uninitiated
