Posts say "Return to (post name" in SERPs

Does anyone know why some of my posts say Posts say "Return to (post name" in SERPs? I am running my website via wordpress and have the Yoast SEO and the Redirection plugin for 404s. I feel like it might have something to do with the Redirection plugin but I'm not sure.

Has anyone else had this issue?
