WEB DESIGN

Hi guys Im needing help as to identify what type of forum platform this website is based on. thetrafficticketforum.com Im wanting to know because im looking to make one just like it but for a different niche. The forum seems easy to manuver and the overall design seems alot more cutomizable then alot of other forums ive seen. On the footer it says that it is powered by Drivers. Not sure if thats the company or literally powered by people driving

It's vBulletin (like WF) with Metro theme.
