Is there a way to install multiple wordpress installs with cpanel?

Hey warriors,

I am creating a couple hundred new sites for a client and it is very time consuming installing each site individually using quick install in cpanel. Is there a way to create and install wordpress for multiple new directories at once? Hope this is clear enough.

    Is there any reason why you're doing a separate wordpress install for each blog? In other words, why aren't you just using Multisite?

    Actually, setting up a command line script like this or this would be a nice solution if you don't want to deal with multi-site.

      Yes. I use "WordPress Mass Blog Installer & Cloner" from wpdesktop.com (not an affiliate link) and install separate WordPress sites. 100 separate WordPress sites on separate domains or a single domain with 100 sub-folders takes about 200 minutes. However, you can alternatively do a "Multi-site Install" which I seldom do.

      There are pros and cons to each method and I prefer to install separate WordPress sites for security reasons.
