Here are some premium photography themes that are excellent and they are built on the Genesis platform - very stable - great customer service.

      Studio Press

      Good luck with this project,

I like working with WooThemes, it's themes are constantly updated with changes in the Wordpress platform.

Its graphics and multi-options are very good, but especially their customer support is excellent.

        WooThemes Themes

Hope that helps, good luck with your project.

I like the Rockstar Wordpress theme, very vivid with the green color. It's not free, if that's what you are looking for.

I'm not associated with that site in any way, but found it through a very quick Google search.

Discover it with yourself in wordpress. Utilize the search bar of your wordpress themes tab. You will definitely find numerous themes there that would suit for you.

Before you pay money for a theme, you need to check out the official Wordpress site that has dozens of photography themes available for free.

The themes are high quality and should serve your purpose and might be an excellent starting point, especially if you are limited as to the money you can invest now on your blog.

I think you need to Google it and find the top notch, high quality WordPress photo themes. You not need t o hire professional wp website development company to launch your website or blog in a matter of hours.

My absolute favorite theme is Dante:

Dante - Responsive Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme Preview - ThemeForest

I have done shopping cart and regular blogs with this theme. It is great for learning advanced coding. The parallax feature and layered sliders are awesome.

Check out Dante's link for Portfolio.

The template isn't free. Also, there is a steep learning curve.

Whatever you choose, make sure the theme is responsive i.e. works on mobile.

StudioPress is actually quite lousy to work with, if you want to customize the theme, and not just use the template as-is.

Most "photo" themes are geared towards giving away large free photos, which is stupid. Photographers are NOT designing photo themes, that's for sure!

What sort of photo business is this?

I helped a friend customize one of the Elegant Themes for his photo tour business, and it's really quite nice. It's full of images, but the goal is to sell workshops. And then he used the Graph Paper Press theme to integrate his portfolio site with Photo Shelter, where he sells prints.

So again, what kind of "photo" business is it? That matters.

I have worked with photographers and found them to be very particular about design. So I would make sure they are very involved in the theme selection process otherwise you could end up redoing it. Just a caution..
