What to do with these?

Afternoon Folks,

I'm new to the IM industry and have been studying it for the past two months now, hours a day. I've been researching videos, blogs, and tons of articles to learn the terminology, strategies, techniques, just about anything i can get my hands on. Now i'm ready to pursue this en-devour and try my hand at affiliate marketing.

First i bought two domains PartTimeProfitOnline.com and FreeMerchandiseReport.com. Now i'm not sure on which direction to take these.

With PartTimeProfitOnline.com i wanted to start a blog style setup where as i am a beginner in the industry i would keep track of all i do and come across in the industry and track what i use and what works and what doesnt. And in the mits of it all try to add a few affiliate links to the blog if i could on things i have come across or used.

With FreeMerchandiseReview.com i wanted to do...whatelse....product reviews for things i think are worthy, useful, and could be profitable to other affiliates.

So my questions that i would like to know from yall is the following:

Should I link the two sites together and work off of one another or run them seperately?

Does this setup work or is it overplayed?

Is this a good setup to go with or should i switch to a different direction?

I appreciate any info on your opinions

Thanks.

The first idea could be a good one, the part time profit online site. There are a few highly successful bloggers who has done exactly what your talking about. Ones I've seen share every detail, what they make, how they made it, ect. Course you need to be making money to for it to work.

The second site, frankly doesn't sound like a great idea. First off, I think many people will be expecting you to tell them how they can get free merchandise. Yes, there is "review" in the domain name, but I guarantee, many will think it's for free stuff. Also, the domain is so general, merchandise could be anything from alphabet soup to zebra coats. Going to be tough to monterize and draw in traffic.

I wouldn't link them together because they are two different sites. One is about making money on the net, the other is about merchandise. Not even in the same category.

    Course, just my opinions
