Greetings web developers and internet marketers,

How much do you charge for a wordpress ecommerce site? Preferred payment processors are paypal and credit card.

400 USD? 500 USD?

There will be 20 to 30 products.

Thanks,
G.B.

Hey honestly don't get scammed here on the forum by paying somebody with no portfolio or resume buddy. Be careful! I've gotten ripped off on this forum before. And a pre-made theme is not going to help you get the right results you need in terms of mobile friendly. I am not allowed to link you to my website for web design or speak on my prices though buddy on this forum they are strict.

Honestly man I would just get someone on here to teach you how to set it up yourself.. seriously its an hour of work. Snag a theme, pickup a logo.. throw it together in photoshop then BOOM all you have to do is write up some content for the pages and plug some products in. If your using Paypal then the integration is a breeze.. don't pay someone $400... pay YOURSELF $400 to learn how to do that over a weekend.

Haha building a website properly is certainly not an hour of work. And I'd be down right amazed if you could learn Javascript, HTML, CSS etc over a weekend.

It's true if you are ok with pre-made themes, limited functionality etc. Web design wouldn't be worth so much if it were a weekend task . Though your comment certainly does make web design sound appealing for all, I can tell you from having lots of clients the average completion for a truly tricked out website is 7-8 hours to completion roughly and that's if you know your stuff.

But websites go the whole spectrum lol. You could pay $9.95 per month for some cheap website builder if you were to go that route.

To 'learn' java, css, perl.. it takes years and years.. but to learn to edit a template and do pretext replacement.. thats child's pay that anyone with some basic knowledge should be able to tackle. Photoshop -- to be able to replace text on lets say graphicriver templates and form it up -- take them a day to learn. If they are 40 years old.. no chance.. but 18-21 and in their prime of learning.. no problem. I've been doing this a long time but I can setup a site, upload a template and logo, replace out the slider graphics and knock otu the homepage / core content writing in maybe 90 minutes by the time I kill a few sodas. I would gamble I can have the theme/sliders, domain registered and everythign connected up in under 15 minutes.. its the content that takes the time.

I think the question should be, are you asking, what you should charge if you do it for others, or if some one is going to do it for you? No one has asked that. You question is not clear.
