A simple solution would be to insert the video first into your page and then cutting up the picture of the screen, top, bottom & sides and placing them around the video. You could try using a table with 3 rows and 3 columns where the video is in the center square.

Long time ago, you could use < layer > to have several layers of whatever but now the code is deprecated.

Or you could try putting everything in a one cell < table > with the background set as the image and place the iframe code for the youtube video in the cell of the table. But I have not tried this out.

How i would do this is use CSS.

Make a div and set the image as the background for the DIV

then place your video code inside this div.
