A little forum brainstorm regarding FAQ section for website design site

Ok so I have just launched a new website design business mainly targeting my local area but also freelancing etc around the nation and even possibly worldwide work if the right jobs come up.

I would like to create some content to not bulk things up but just content always helps when it is unique and I never copy so it can only be a good thing.

I am writing an FAQ which is basically explaining all of the terms a total novice would be likely to think hmmmm what is web hosting, or a domain name for example and then provide the answer or explanation for this.

Social Media
Website
Google maps

Dynamic

If you guys (and girls) wouldn't mind throwing out your ideas on items to be put in my FAQ to help inform customers.

    In web designing section you can add couple of reletively new terms (infact trends) such as flat dasign and responsive design.

      You just reminded me to add responsive design to the list. I do not currently have it under sections as it will kind of be an off pages where if the user happens to go seeking for more info outside of the pricing tables they can easily find out the meanings of terms in simple speak.

      Cannot believe I missed responsive design when I build responsive lol
