    How are you trying to install WP? Manually via FTP or thru CPanel etc

    Looks like there may be some files missing, just reupload wordpress, overwriting any folders and files that are there. Make sure to upload into the public_html folder, not next to it.

    If this does not work contact your hosting provider I heard awhile back that your host made some changes because of brute forace attacks against WP.

    i think this is the problem your using a free webhosting,
    yeah its free of cost but not in headache,,
    if you love what youre doing invest some few dollars in paid hosting

    If you can't afford very much, you can jump over to Ebay and find some very cheap solutions for web hosting. I recently bought 3 years of cPanel hosting for $9.95.

    I only bought it because I wanted to build a site from scratch in order to document the process for my website, but the hosting seems quite good. I rather suspect that it will not stay as fast and responsive, but it's still far better than free hosting will ever be.

    I agree with the previous poster, it's almost certainly the free hosting that's causing the problems.
