My first web please help me

Its a really good looking website. I will have a look through it and see if I can make any other suggestions but the only thing of note to start with might be a tagline under the logo or to the right of it to say what the website is about- eg Thailand Travel Magazine

The logo doesn't look the best, kind of amateurish, 90's graphics. These days, usually flat looks better and more professional. The header space itself seems a little to big, lot of white space, wasted space. Unless you plan to put an ad up there.

But over all the site looks good. Thailand is a some pretty country.

I am viewing it in Firefox and some of your images are not displaying. Looks like a transition problem. To me animation is great, but too much (distractions) causes load and browser compatibility problems. Think less is more for readers.

Agree with kingjpm.

I've actually used that theme before and while its quite attractive it can put a really high load on your visitor's computers and bandwidth. You might consider removing some of the images from all loading or making sure all of the images are optimized.

Firebug just told me it took 16 seconds to fully download and display your site. Not ideal.

Website speed has a huge effect on SEO and therefore how many visitors it will get from organic sources. You need to speed-up your website so search engines will reward you by sending more visitors. Also, conversion rates are far higher for websites that load faster than their slower competitors.

You can never be too skinny, have too much money or own a website that's too fast!

I have visited and reviewed your website in detail and have found that its BLOG Type Website.
Web Design is ok but use high quality images
Also improve the website speed so that SE can crawl your web page easily and more effectively.
Furthermore, you need to perform Search Engine Optimization for better ranking and make visible online.

You could have something for new visitors because theres so much that ones attention gets distracted. Try something like "New here? Start here."

Also collect email address. Email marketing applies to any niche. The moneys in the list. You can sell them stuff again and again.

As others have mentioned, find a new logo. It reminds me of something you would see on the packing for a Barbie doll.

As well, the background loads incredibly slow.

Other than that, it is a fairly solid WordPress theme/setup you got going there.

I'm not a web designer but based on my observation:

yeah they are true. Your logo is something like quality less. Make a better logo.
And I think as your website goes bigger, it will take time to load because of big numbers of widgets.

You have too much unused space in the header and another big problem is the site loading speed. For me is very slow and I've also checked with a speed tester so I guess you should do something about the loading speed because is very important.

To me, there are too many distractions( images ) You should put up a link for only a single image that would best describe thailand and personally, I am not a big fan of the logo. You can change the font to a "thai looking font" if you know what I mean. I guess having a clean looking website is my preference. It's just my opinion, but you can have it your way... Overall, your website looks good.

I would say make the titles the same "HOW TO COOK" and then "How To Cook" is inconsistent to have. The site is a little bit busy. I think if you organized it a little different and instead of having 8 posts for each category cut down to 4, would help the site out. Just work on giving the content more breathing space.

1) Your favicon is not really memorable and hard to see.

2) It has a nice layout although... the theme is boring and basic, I would suggest something more professional. I use RocketThemes, they have some amazing Joomla templates that would really make your site look 100% more professional with almost 100% the same layout.

3) I'm not sure where in Thailand you are but maybe try to find a tour guide that will offer you a commission on tours and you can promote those.

4) More food recipes (how to cook), promote restaurants and ask them for a yearly fee to advertise their place on your site.

5) Keep up the great work!

Your site has too much going on and using too many colors.

Get rid of all the rainbow colors and roll with a 3 color minimalist light theme.

Make your header bar more transparent.

Trim it down about and make it less busy along with the other advice and you will have a nice site.

I would try to highlight social media buttons more, they are kinda hidden at the moment and doesn't draw much attention there. Try to make those more visible (especially Facebook).
