For anyone who is not sure which theme I am referring to, it's this one: Directory Theme For WordPress | Responsive City or Multi-city Directories

I've used a lot of WordPress themes and this isn't one of them. With that being said, I typically don't buy a theme unless I can look at multiple reviews of it. Barring the chance that someone here has used it and reviews it for you, I might suggest checking out the following list of directory themes with many reviews each.

Depending on how serious of a site you're wanting to build, it may be that Templatic isn't the best option. You can read about my experience with one of their directory themes here:

I'm not saying to not use Templatic's themes (they swear up and down that they've changed as you can see in Verdan's comments on that post), it's just a word of caution.

There are lots of alternatives. This site lists pretty much all of the Directory themes out there. I've at least looked at most of them (other than Templatic's) so if you have any questions about the rest of them let me know.
