Wonder if it's going to be possible to get a real low bounce rate on that kind of site.

Only saying your site doesn't really have content, nothing there for them to spend time on, least not much time. Not being negative, that's just the kind of site you have. Doesn't lend itself to a site where people will "hang out".

With your site it's either something they need or might be interested in or not.

Another thought, where is the traffic coming from? Might not be interested in what your offering, which would increase bounce rate.

I personally wouldn't be worried about bounce rate, not like your trying to build some big authority site of something. You just want people to call or hire you, right? So the main goal should be to get them to take action and contact you, not worrying about the bounce rate. No?

    Course just my opinion

Another thing, why no testimonials? You have 15 years experience, but not customer reviews or anything? Just thinking out loud.

Well, check if most of the traffic coming from the social media sites as they play a vital role to increase the bounce rate.

put more images, and more color on the site, also put some description on the header not just a name and a big number in there.

I think there's a lack of content on your site that builds trust with your potential clients. No pictures of you, no customer testimonials, no logo or branding, only one non-reply tweet. All these factors come into play when a potential does a quick scan of your page and your social accounts.

Think like a customer. What would make you want to hire someone to run errands for you? Also understand that a large portion of your demographic is going to be wealthier folks (folks with enough $$ to throw around to do this type of thing) and you need to be seeking leads where those folks like to sniff around. Is social media and a landing page the optimal way to reach them, or would some offline marketing(flyers, business cards, referrals) work better? Check out Google's search reports to see how often people are searching for people to do errands in your area.

Your goal is going to be to find out what drives these customers to need your service and what avenues that you can advertise to them through that they are active on. I would start by arranging and adding content in a way that builds some trust, perhaps by adding a picture of yourself or some customer testimonials, or at least something that says that you have strong references available and makes the phone number/contact form more prominent (remember, you're driving an action, make it as easy as possible for them to complete that action).
