    Did you custom develop your own ecommerce script or are you using an existing one such as prestashop or oscommerce etc? If it is an existing one then you may find an addon / extension for the platform that you used. Just Google it.

    If you custom coded the ecommerce site you will most likely have to custom code the affiliate part of it as well. Most established affiliate scripts out there will be written in such a way that they can be used on the established ecommerce platforms.
