Vimeo code help

Hey guys
I'm adding a vimeo.com to one of my pages now it's all working great.
but i want the video to start Automatic when some one got into page.
also i seen on other sites that you can hide the info from the video the timeline ...

This is something that i can change or it's like Premium account?
