Its wordpress, As im pretty horrible at coding etc.

Swol Headquarters - Alive Yourself

Currently i think it looks good compared to some of the other sites in its niche, however my bounce rate is through the roof at 76%.

As title says, what could i do to make this site better

edit: just realised this was my first post,kinda looks spammy now

    The background image needs to scroll with the page. Currently it tiles vertically and looks a bit odd as such.

        Looks good, only the background image loads slow for me but other than that it is good. The domain however should be changed to give people an idea of your niche right before they access the site. Unless you want to put much money into advertising.
