    Quick tips:

    1) Replace text logo with a graphical one (your logo/branding)
    2) Add thumbnail picture on post items on frontpage
    3) Decrease the amount of post items on frontpage
    4) Replace [...] with "Read more..."
    5) Change the font size on the navigation menu to make them look more prominent

    Looking great to me.
    I understand you must've aim for adsense earnings, and I see that the ad placement is perfect.
    But as I'm a webdesigner, I gotta say that the IMO, the orange menu bar kinda took too much attention, probably tone down the color a bit?
    Also, I think you're gonna need a catchy slogan, so that visitors can immediately know what this site is all about. Honestly I gotta spend at least 30 secs to find out what this site is all about. I'm sure most new visitors don't spend that much time, so you can lose visitors.
    The newsletter optin also doesn't look too visible. If you really aim on getting subscribers, gotta put that on the left sidebar, or perhaps a popup, or perhaps even offering freebies.

    As previously mentioned by others it is a bit unclear what the website does. If I was a new visitor I wouldn't bother to find out and I'd leave sharpish.

    The top of your right hand side sidebar is a bit of a mess, so I would recommend you find a better way to align these elements or move them somewhere else.

    Also when you scroll down the find us on Facebook box and your Google Plus profile section scroll over the top of your write for us and site info elements. It needs to have a solid background to it so it doesn't look so messy when they scroll over each other.
