    I had visited your site, nice outlooks and themes you had used.
    Yes, definitely your site will convert into targeted audiences, but before that you have to make your site visible on Google and have to do some SEO activities for that.
    After doing all the tactics, you will find that your website drives traffic.

    I too like the overall design but my initial visit to your homepage took a while to load and after that your cache plugin kicked in to make it faster. Might be my isp or brower but thought I`d throw it out there. I don`t see why your site won`t convert potential clients providing you promote it with a good seo campaign. Make sure you create a facebook page, google plus page, twitter page, linked in page etc. to help in your campaign. Set up a Google Webmaster account and verify your page also. Good Luck
