Adsense place in forums

I want to ask that how can i place google ads on my First post on forums.
I want to show ads on right side of first post. Any suggestion please. Need Help !!!!

Have you tried asking at the phpbb forums? They should have more experience with that program as it is a large community with lot's of good people who will help you.
