i think the design is too flat and not well layout'ed. The header is talking loud to the viewers tho i couldn't read the white text over the yellow background, maybe because the background header's color is blue.

Why you don't have a link in menu for your homepage, you need to add one. Also you need to work on footer, make it more attractive, you can also change the header as well and make more more vital. Overall, it is a nice web site, just needs some modifications.

Well done for a your first site mate,

I remember my first site... YIKES, it looked nowhere and good as yours. In fact, my first site was down right disgusting. Even my GF at the time, who was probably the most polite person in the world couldn't even say anything nice about the site. HAHAHAHAHA... so well done on your first site mate.

Lol!!! Thanks for the encouragement mate. Just working on the content now. The book I'm reading recommends writing three 1000 word articles per day for the 1st year. That's a lot of content to write!
