Today, I launched a campaign on search for generic weight loss keywords paying a good chunk and was 2 > position wise. 10/10 etc. (UK) I was rotating through Fat burning furnace, truth about ads, diet solution program. So I launched it, let it run and it was getting a few clicks. I fell asleep, woke up and boom $1200 spent, so i thought yay lets see the leads, and when I logged into CB i saw $0 :/ so I thought wtf, clicked my links and my user was being added to the hops fine. So I tried to order my self to see what was up, and when I did I got errors. With using a CC, other CCs I own and I also tried a VCC. My friends also got this same message: Quote:

Is this kind of think normal for clickbank? I know if this was a traditional CPA network my $1200 would have been reimbursed. I sent about 1500 clicks, and got 0 sales. I was direct linking to their offer, as this is how I was suggested to push it and how I've seen others to push it. What kind of EPCs, ECPMS and conversion rates have you seen and have you come accross this problem? If so, often?

![]() Promoting those products, I would expect fewer than 15 sales from 1,500 clicks who have arrived via my affiliate-site as a pre-sell first! (Not that I actually promote those products, myself). Sorry to hear about your rather disastrous experiment. It's not as easy as that - I suspect (very strongly indeed!) that you've been given some dreadfully bad advice somewhere along the line.

You know what I've had a few customers moan to our helpdesk about that error. It's really damm annoying. IF we had 3-5 people contact our helpdesk about it, god only knows how many just left in annoyance. Problem is, I can't replicate the error at all. |

FBF converts reasonably well, it's big on content. You can expect on content far less than 15 sales from 1500 clicks however. On search 1:100 is probably about right but ultimately it could vary hugely depending on what keywords you're using. There is , btw, no problem with direct linking these kind of products, every big content guy I know direct links FBF and TAA and Isabella's program. Sometimes so called review sites only serve to screw the conversions, it completely depends on what keywords you used and how you got them there initially. I would say however in your case CB had some nasty payment error. I was almost tempted to ring them about it myself after getting the 4th complaint on our helpdesk. |

The reason I didn't use a presales page, is because those landers are already seriously long and very winded. I was testing accross a bunch of keywords, however no leads is no leads. I would have prefered to do a media buy, however clickbank are ****ty enough to not have pixel options ![]() If there are this many people getting errors, maybe I should open up my own platform to compete with some real processing

| It looks like this is your Cash Burning Furnace! I might be a scaredy cat but I always test offers on free traffic before burning my money on Google. I am really sorry about what happened there. Remember: just because other people are doing well with the offer, it doesn't mean it will work the same with your keywords too... They might know something you don't. Some people have been on PPC since it started! I am not trying to compete with them...

My entire company is built around paid traffic, and google is the smallest % of it. I'm not very good with search, but because of complaints DSP and FBF have generated by publishers, google have stopped new advertisers from advertising on the content network it seems. So search is my only option, and day two of running resulted in $1k spend with just $60 in fun, fun, fun.I personally see a lot of potential in these video presell products, but I also see where a lot of improvements can be made. So I've got my team to recreate a similar product with some endorsements and our own processing system. Thanks for the input anyway everyone. |

I don't mean to jump on the clickbank tracking sucks theme, but this week has been unusually odd for one of my sites. It regularly makes sales, then the last week or two has only made 1 sale, yet more order form submits and more traffic to my site due to a higher serp. Is 1200 a regular daily budget for you? I hope this order form submit nonsense get worked out very soon. I'm thinking about just creating the my own product and go directly through paypal. Surely the sales will be increased, but then again, that's a ton of work. I hope this get figured out and thanks for bringing it up. |

I'm new here and I don't know if I'm doing the right thing posting here. I'm thinking of promoting The Diet Solution Program but I noticed that the owners of the website are promoting 2 products: Fat Burning Furnace and Final Phase Fat Loss with their Clickbank IDs! Anybody notice this? |

| You should have set your daily spend limit to a more comfortable amount. Although I no longer use Adwords, a $50 a day starting point to me was alawys safe. Then once its working increase the spend.
