What happen to Elite Clicks Media?-All accounts are frozen

Elite Clicks Media closed its doors to create a new CPA Network called Rockstar Alliance Media, that is open only by invitation and is considered to be a small network for Super Affiliates

I heard the owners had a break up

they are and have been donezo for awhile...the main two guys left ECM to start rockstar alliance which is a private invite only network.

I went to Vegas in January to see Rockstar Alliance they were promoting ECM.

This is a surprise to me. I thought they owned ECM.

All my income going down to the drain?

Even my AM also cannot help me as the his affiliate dashboard access is frozen!

Hey guys, usually just a troll but I've got the inside scoop on this. I was an affiliate and can vouch for almost all the ECM guys and got this info today from one of them. one or two people there had some major problems which caused the split.

The Ryan guy who sent out that funding email was kicked out of c2m as well. He was one of the original founders of both networks.

From what I understand he has some personal problems including drugs. Affiliates at their Vegas party confirmed that dude was on some major drugs there.

After a number of incidents with drugs and stealing money from the Elite Clicks bank account on two separate instances, some of the bigger partners resigned from the network.

When the first group of partners resigned things started to fall apart over the next few weeks and a second batch of ECM guys left the company as well. When this happened this Ryan saw the company going down and tried to pull funds from the ECM bank accounts and put them in his personal account.

In order to reverse those wires from his personal account ECM had to file a fraud report which caused the account to be put on a fraud freeze. In order to get the freeze lifted multiple signatures had to be gathered including signatures from the old resigned partners. There has to be like 80% ownership sign docs to release funds into a new account and the process is long and has to go through review.

After getting the full story I see now why the main partners resigned.

It's a shame a bad apple or two drove the downfall. They were one of my favorite networks and a great bunch of guys minus a couple. I'm confident I'll get what small payment I am owed when the funds are in the hands of the right guys.

It seems if Ryan landed this funding money you'd think he would pay his affiliates.

This is a shame. I've watched some of Greg Davis' webinars and though he goes over some pretty solid stuff, it's not surprising he was one of the only people in the company doing things right. I hope you get paid what's rightfully yours.

Hey guys, just saw this post on a blog. Confirms the story I got from the other source. It's from Greg Davis, one of the partners in the first group that left the company.

"Let me set the record straight. If you want to know who caused the mess at ECM, look at who's left there. One person. I'm not going to mention any names but why would everyone else leave and create 2 new companies? Why would his first CPA network kick him out?

The partner left at the ECM locked all of the other partners out of hitpath and more importantly the bank account, making it impossible for us to pay our affiliates. We are currently in the process of reversing the damage so we can receive the payments owed to ECM and pay all the pubs. It's taking a long time because there was a lot of damage done and we were locked out of everything but everyone WILL get paid.

Like I told my list, I would not do business with ECM, which is saying a lot because I own part of the company. I'm not confident in this so called $6M cash infusion."

Once again, more confirmation of the story. Got a little more insider info earlier today that I'll share once I can verify.

Feel bad for Greg and the rest of the ECM guys on this one. Paying out of their own pockets because a rogue partner locked accounts and stole funds is not something those guys should have to deal with.

I'd stay far away... there is a reason why the owner left C2M (one of the most trusted CPA networks out there)

be careful who you partner with.... things are unpredictable... my friend got burned by his 'best friend' .... $150,000 gone, and the so called best friend disappeared....
