They owe me around $300 from 2011 that was never paid. I quit promoting their offers after I had trouble getting my payment for April, so the amount isn't very high.

I left epic long back when they delayed my payments for months and when my AMs changed every 3 weeks ! Epic still owes me money.

Paused traffic with the delayed payments last summer. Still can't get paid outstanding amount. AM is no longer there and accounting told me they're only paying active affiliates (still delayed). I guess you write it off or sue them.......... There has never been any direct communication from the company about the payments matter; totally pathetic way to handle the situation. I think they've built up a lot of ill will with everyone they've silently screwed over. I doubt they're around for long. I can't imagine who would still do business with them (unless getting paid weekly, in advance!!!) They used to be great though AZOOGLE; a few years ago... Had a lot of fun at the parties. Time to move on.

Epic closed my account because I violated their terms by using email. Which just wasnt true I never used email at all for my campaign. They owed me $1000 at the time.

These days their payments are getting delayed every week .I am getting them only after reminders and follow ups with the accounting.
Hope it's not the same with other publishers !

If I can I will send you a PM now. They owe me over 4k now. I keep getting the "We dont know when you are getting paid, but you will" story. It went from there "payment system issues" to this. It does not look good for anyone.

You also noticed this?At one time it took almost ten emails to get my Payment processed.Since then...i have gone slow with them.i love Maxbounty on weekly payments...they are on the clock....although they dont have much great offers

If you love our payments but we don't have the specific campaign you're looking for, make a request to your affiliate manager and we'll recruit the advertiser into our network. We do that all the time.

I haven't been paid by them since July 2011... They owe me from Aug 2011 - Jan 2012 total of $1761.25. I have been getting the same story for months about problems they had in the summer and they are still sorting it out and I have emailed many of the people that work there and I get the same answers they have no clue when payments will be released. The most recent was from Samir Jordan which was referred to me by Blake Baldwin which is like the 3rd network manager my account has had since Jan 2011. Also Samir told me to email Matthew Mirman VP of Network Distribution. I have not heard back from Matthew as it seems they are just bouncing me around until they figure out whatever they are trying to figure out. I have stopped promoting all ads with Epic and have been telling others to do the same.

Please feel free to contact me as I have all emails and screenshots of what is owed.

Matthew Mirman, VP of Network Distribution, told me to go F myself and that I won't get a penny more from Epic since I stopped promoting... So good luck with him... Hope you get your money but I've written it off; they're not going to pay it and I don't think they're going to be around for much longer... Problem for Mr. Mirman and the others is that they will end up somewhere else and they've burned a lot of bridges and made a lot of enemies.......... Very, very immature and short-sighted how they are handeling this.....

Seems like they aren't able to keep their head above the water, quite sad.

epicdirect owe me over $9000 since last August!
My affiliate manager never answered my call or replied my email, so
I called their senior director Audrey Breheney and VP Matthew Mirman several times.

But the only answer I got is like below:
Thank you for your patience. At this time I do not have an exact release date for this payment.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and you will be paid as soon as possible.

I really hope we can figure out a way to get the commission back!
