Dear warriors i just need your fair comments on my dispute with maxbounty and AffPaying.i post an review against maxbounty on affpaying,So Mr.Gao contact and inform me that M.r steve (owner of maxbounty) wants to give me an answer.I copied below all my conversations with M.r Gao and M.r Steve and i just want warriors comments that why M.r Gao (owner of Affpaying)don,t post my review while maxbounty dont settled this dispute. GAO // AffPaying.com marketing@affiliatepaying.com 25 Jul to me, JP, Steven Hello Rashid, Just noticed you posted a review below on Maxbounty's listing page. I think JP / Steve will give you an answer. "Reputable,But not so good.I think there is no internal coordination with Maxbounty affiliate managers,If one manager is approved an account then after 1 or 2 weeks an other manager block or terminate this account with out any explanation.I m personally facing this situation, and more 3 weeks there is no one can answer that why they terminate my account. This will badly disturb an affiliate." Best Regards, Gao Affpaying Affdaily Steven Sauve steve@maxbounty.com 25 Jul to GAO, me, JP Hello Rashid, MaxBounty has a separate team to manage all compliance issues; affiliate managers do not terminate accounts. In fact, the affiliate manager will not know an account is terminated until they see the same notice the affiliate sees. Unfortunately, your account was terminated because all of the leads you sent to one of our dating merchants were fake. We received the proof from the merchant showing these fake leads, so we had no choice but to terminate your account. If you can provide a logical explanation as to how all of these fake leads got sent to the merchant through your account, we might be able to consider letting you back into the network, if you so choose. ________________________________________ Steve Sauve | CTO | MaxBounty Inc PO Box 17039 | Ottawa, Ontario | K4A 4W8 Phone: (613) 834-3955 x222 | Fax: (613) 834-8011 Email: steve@maxbounty.com | AIM: maxbountysteve From: GAO // AffPaying.com [mailto:marketing@affiliatepaying.com] Sent: July-25-12 4:59 AM To: Bilalrazalhr@gmail.com Cc: JP Sauve; Steven Sauve Subject: Review on MaxBounty Bilal Raza 26 Jul to Steven Hi, Thanks for your reply,I am just want to tell you that i don,t like to post a bad review against Maxbounty. But i don,t have another option, because i m trying to contact maxbounty on all there contacts showing on affpaying from more than 3 weeks, but there is no any reply. 1st i want to inform you that my account on Maxbounty is not just an publisher account.I m also owner of an affiliate network www.linkershome.com,and before getting an account on Maxbounty, i m discuss all details and usage of this account with my affiliate manager MARIANNE EID,(you may check his IM chat history for confirmation) that i want to pick offers from Maxbounty for my network,So she,s agree and approved my account. As you know if you run an affiliate network then definitely there is some fake leads from some publishers.I think this is not only mine but also the responsibility of Maxbounty competent person to point out FRAUDLENT PUBLISHER ID,s,So that i will block these ID,s.I accept that Maxbounty have rights to STOP PAYMENT of those leads which are generated by fraud, but at the same time i m strongly protest against immediate termination of a partner network and stop of whole payment. Just be fair and think a while,Is this a good attitude of a well reputable network,to terminate any partner without any conversation, warning and avoid to respond him. Regards, Steven Sauve steve@maxbounty.com 26 Jul to me Hello Bilal, Please feel free to create another account with us, but let me know once you’ve done so. You may get a rejection in the meantime as our measures may automatically reject your new application due to your previously terminated account. Note that you cannot send any network traffic at all with this new account. You can only send traffic that you personally are generating. Thank you. Hello there, There is nothing to pay you. ALL of your leads were fraudulent and were reversed by the merchants. Since you are the owner of a network, which you never even disclosed to us, you should be quite aware of how fraud is dealt with by merchants - with reversals. When I didn't reply to your last e-mail, you didn't consider that maybe your e-mail was bulk foldered, or lost, and that's why I didn't reply? You didn't try sending again, or even pick up the phone to contact me directly? There's no reason why I wouldn't have answered you had I received your e-mail as I already replied several times to you before. It pains me to see this complaint on WarriorForum when I not only took the time to reply to you several times, but I also gave you the chance to get another MaxBounty account. This was done even though I had to deal with the problems your traffic caused my merchants and my network. |

LOL i love it when some one Warn a network to give them a bad review .... Secondly you are running a network rite ? isn't it your responsibility to track fraudulent traffic and ban those affiliates of yours ? I mean maxbounty to you is an advertiser and they have right not to pay for leads if your traffic is fraudulent .... Also you are asking GAO to Approve your review on what basis ? To be honest your affiliates were your own responsibility and you should be responsible for their traffic ..... Consider having some good tracking which ccan help you to keep an eye on your affiliates ... see your affiliates sent fraudulent traffic to max bounty`s advertiser, Just because of you they cant risk their all affiliates who are running that offer ... P.S Before some one else mention, No one paid me for posting this. |

Hello Bilal, it's obviously that you were banned by maxbounty for fraud, and please keep in mind we don't approve reviews from fraudsters (no offence, im not saying your a frauder, since your a network, maybe those fraud leads were generated by some of your fraud publishers. but as KJ said, its your responsibility to track fraudulent traffic and pull them out of your network). Anyways, I hope you can find a solution that is good for both you and maxbounty. Good luck! |

This could have been handled way better. You could be a bit more professional and come to an agreement with MaxBounty if they will allow it. You could have very easily apologized for the bad leads and asked to have them thrown to keep your account. You being a (FLY BY NIGHT) network you should know there is fraud and you should do something to prevent it. They have to protect their advertisers. People like you who send fraud leads hurt us honest affiliates. Our traffic is legit but our payout becomes lower. Jon |

Doesn't it take about as much intelligence and hard work to figure-out and implement a fraudulent method as it does to implement one that works? Just sayin'.
