Look at the "Creating Ad Tips (Hot!)". That will get you on the right track.

As for using other ad networks, just look at the list I provided in the PDF. None of them are my affiliate links, but you're welcome to edit the PDF and include your own affiliate links before handing it out.

Also, after watching the videos, the process in using the other ad networks are exactly the same. Well, not exactly, but the general idea as far as picking ads and creating the campaigns. Let me know if you run into any trouble. I will then create additional video if I have to.
